  • Weekly backup  of your site ( home/public_html/httpsdoc/etc: Joomla root directory) to our remote storage facilities (26 back-ups a year!)

  • Site Restore  in case of disaster of Database and/or File-system from weekly backup
  • You have access to our support team  through your account on our ticket system
  • Site restore is limited to 2x month or additional charges of US$ 75 per restore.
