What are your rates in our currency?

Hard to say for us based on your location and currency to use but we believe you find the Currency Converter on http://www.xe.com very useful to get an answer to your question!

What are your support requirements? What you need from us?

We need full site (super admin), ftp and Control Panel access to be able to provide the services required. A control panel can be Plesk or Cpanel or equivalent. Please review our Privacy Statement  for your peace of mind! See this link for the exact details!

Can I pay via International wire instead of Paypal?

Yes you can. International wire transfers to our bank accounts are possible and subject to incoming forex fees of US$/GBP/Euro 30. Just send an email to our Order and Payment processing department at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., inform us which package you wish to order and we send you an invoice which contains our banking details. Note that international wire costs are on your behalf. We always expect net payment. Since Internatuional wire costs are expenssive you might want to consider using Transferwise to make your transfer.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

No, We spend time to resolve your isssues and we depend too much on external factors such as accessibility, hosting setup, building mistakes, hacks etc to warrant for a money back

Do you support Mambo powered sites or can you help to migrate?

We do no longer provide service to Mambo powered sites as per 1st July 2009.  

Do you provide Services Only for by GWS developed sites?

Do you support all Joomla versions?

Yes within restricftions. We do migrate Joomla 1.0 and Joomla 1.5 websites to Joomla 2.5/3.x and serve besides Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.x websites also Joomla versions 1.5.26

How does your GBill System works?

You purchase a Bill package from our site. Upon receipt of confirmation by our merchant, your account will be created and a welcome email immediately send. The system is an online based Ticket system and runs entirely secure SSL. You can find the system here.

Tickets are being created (first new ticket only!) Online. Afterwards you can respond per email. The allocated and spend GBills (tickets) are visible once you are logged in and you will be able to see which GBills are used for what tickets and support you have requested. The packages are explained through the links you find in the menu in top.
