Single purchases of incident support such as Emergency Assists requires a US$ 55 purchase for 1/2 hour and single support hour fee is US$ 95. By subscribing to our GBill-Support Ticket System  you simply save a lot of money and get much more services under these corrective support packages for Joomla::

All Support requests are time based and time is being deducted on actual time spend for your support request. For every 15 minutes worked by a specialist, 1 (one) GBill will be deducted from your allocated GBill Ticket allocation.

We have handled the past 12 years over 32.500 support request and our stats show that:

  • 30% of all requests can be solved within 15 minutes
  • 40% of all request can be resolved within 1/2 hour
  • The remainder takes one hour or more

In those case a project definition is opened and default project development procedures will be started including order-confirmations and a different payment process.

Security & Backup suite of Akeebabackup and setup the automated backup to your Amazon S3-account (which is free up to 5GB the first year). The Support consists of 2 different support aspects: Proactive support where we provide installation support, upgrades, security checks etc (See tables below) and specific requests for which you file a ticket on our support platform. As long as you have time for that month (miniutes as per package) remaining we provide the proactive support for as long as your contract is valid.
